Our Silicone foil blocking dies are
flexible and so allow for sinkages caused by shrinkage
on plastic components. These can be produced flat, or
shaped for foiling onto contoured surfaces. Flat sheet
rubber is perfect for foiling on raised surfaces and
we also supply all support jigs and fixtures necessary.
Red 80 shore rubber dies offer a cost effective low-temperature
solution for foiling up to 200°C. Premium special
formula 85 shore rubber dies provide the highest quality
foiling solution and can be heated to 250°C, vastly
increasing the range of products that can be foiled.
